DOES TOTAL HEALTH LINK ACCEPT WSIB PATIENTS?
Yes. TOTAL HEALTH LINK accepts WSIB patients and will invoice the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board on your behalf. There are no out of pocket charges to WSIB patients IF their case is approved by WSIB. If the need arises, we also have connections with experienced lawyers and medical specialists in the area and can arrange referrals to them.
WILL TOTAL HEALTH LINK DIRECT BILL MY PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANY?
Yes. For your convenience, we currently direct bill to the following insurance companies: Sunlife, Great West, Green Shield, Manulife, Standard Life, Industrial Alliance, Johnston, Blue Cross and SSQ. If your plan does not cover the full cost of the treatment, the balance of the cost will be due at the conclusion of your visit. If your company is not in the above list, please call the clinic at (905) 336–7707 to get the updated list as we are continually adding new companies.
DO WE ONLY TREAT ATHLETES, THE ELDERLY OR ONLY LOW BACK PAIN?
No. At Progressive Sports Medicine, we treat patients of all ages, medical conditions and athletic abilities. We customize every patient’s rehabilitation program to ensure they quickly and efficiently reach their goals. We accomplish this by fully integrating all required types of therapy into a synchronized treatment plan, by utilizing only experienced therapists and Doctors, by using state of the art equipment, by direct billing insurance companies, and by maintaining reasonable prices.
DO WE TREAT MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (MVA) PATIENTS?
Yes. In addition to providing our comprehensive rehabilitation programs, we also help you complete all intake forms and will handle all billings to the required insurance companies. There should be no out of pocket expenses for any approved treatment plans. If the need arises, we have connections with experienced lawyers and medical specialists in the area and can arrange referrals to them.
